Our Group Exercise timetable is different from most. The schedule is based around TRAINING PRINCIPLES rather than instructor availability and latest industry fads! So if you are after a balanced, effective workout week, then we’ve got you covered.

FIT

A cardio workout designed to torch calories, and to challenge you to the max!  Limited class sizes allow for a personal touch to these sessions.  It’s like having a personal trainer without the hefty fees! 

THE FIRM pioneered the concept of group treadmill workouts.  Be one of the first to experience the rush of these sessions! 

Boycott the stress of highly choreographed aerobics classes, and reap the benefits of back-to-basics fitness training.  Conquer your first fun-run, perform your first perfect pushup, lunge your way to booty-licious-ness, and sweat your way to peak fitness!

MEN’S FIT

Let’s hear it for the boys! Here is a class specially tailored to the needs of men. Lose your gut, build great strength and improve your overall fitness. This class is built around short, intense interval work to maintain maximum muscle!

FIT ENDURO

Kick start your weekend with a cardio blast! 

Feel the rush of training in the great outdoors!  Get set to battle bush land, climb stairs, tackle sand dunes and run your heart out!  All this: rain, hail or shine.

This class moves around to different scenic areas on the Peninsula, and beyond!  With a large running component, this class poses a real challenge to the fitness enthusiast.

WARNING:  PARTICIPATION IN THIS CLASS CAN BE ADDICTIVE.
