Really lovely and friendly gym. It has everything you need for a solid workout, whether you are  just starting or have been going for a while. The owners Rob and Katie are both super kind and genuinely care about everyone at the gym. They’re always happy to help out or give advice and will even point things out if you’re doing something incorrectly, which I really appreciated. Best local gym my partner and I are very happy we came across, an absolute hidden gem. Easily one of the cleanest gyms around, which makes a huge difference when you’re training.

The equipment is well-maintained, the space is set up really well, and it never feels overcrowded. Great atmosphere!

I absolutely love training at The Firm Seaford! Rob & Katy are amazing, very supportive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help.
